Lower Mainland Radio Control Crawlers
British Columbia 08/09 Points Season starts September 28th!

A fantastic project to bring BC's lower mainland RC 4Wheelers together. The season will consist of 10 regular season comps held the third sunday of every month (rain or shine) excluding december and will kick off on september 28 2008. The season will wrap up on July 26 2009, With a point series championship August 16 2009.

There are three classes of competitions, First will be the 2.2 limited, This is going to be set up for the more advanced drivers that want to be competitive. Then there will be a 2.2 unlimited, Which will be set up for the beginner to intermediate drivers as well as anyone who wishes to have all the gadgets and just have a good time. Both 2.2 limited and unlimited classes will be run on the same courses but at different times. And then last but not least a Scale/Trail/Team class this will be an all out blast class just like real wheelin'.

Clubs and Groups

Radio Control Crawlers of Ontario
R.C.C.O. began a few years back with a couple Crawler guys somehow found each other, and decided to start having local meets. With more and more people coming out to these meets it was time to take things to the next level.

At the beginning of 2008, Adam Heasman (Fabguy) and Bill Hale (Cloddyman) started the club website, www.rccontario.ca. The club's purpose both on and off the site is to promote the hobby and to show off this growing trend in RC.

The club is affiliated with Ontario’s North Newmarket Lions Club, and is one of their major sponsors. The local Hobby Store Zoom Room RC Toys and Hobbies, has shown an amazing amount of support for all of the competitions. Tamiya Canada supplied us with a CR-01 for a giveaway draw at the Maddawg Event in Parry Sound this year.

Keep an eye out for a large segment on the club coming up on RC TV this November.
